Our Process

My process in a nutshell is: I cut the metal shapes, mostly copper and fine silver. File edges smooth. Clean them so they are free of oils and other contaminants. I make the holes or solder on loops or earring posts.

once ready we apply the powered glass to the piece of metal we choose

Once our kiln is at 1450f degrees we can “fuse or melt” our shapes, it only takes about 2 minutes. Depending on what you want to achieve you could potentially do this 12 times

You end up with this, these have been “fused or melted” 3 to 4 times
